Skin and Laser Treatments
Acne Treatment
Acne develops when excess oil and dead skin cells block the skin’s pores. Bacteria that naturally live on the skin and inflammation can then contribute to pimples, painful lumps and, sometimes, scarring. Our treatments target these processes by helping to unclog pores, control excess oil, reduce acne-related bacteria and calm inflammation.
At Elixir Clinic, we offer personalised care for mild, moderate and severe acne, with specialist care for more complex cases. Treatment begins with an assessment of your skin, medical history and current skincare products or medicines. Your plan may combine prescribed creams or oral medications with appropriate skincare treatments, such as medical facials, chemical peels and other selected procedures.
We prioritise controlling active acne and reducing the risk of scarring, while assessing dark marks and existing scars separately. Improvement takes time, and regular reviews help us adjust your treatment and maintain results.
